Tempo Walk-in Incubators and environmental chambers are the product of a quarter century of research and development. They are used for incubation of a Iarge number of samples and B.O.D. determination in hospitals, research institutions, public health laboratories, etc. These chambers can be designed for environmental testing of production samples, and large size equipments or machines where both temperature and humidity are to be controlled. They are suitable for storage of electronic components and accelerated ageing tests of large number of pharmaceutical samples. They can also be supplied for Botany, Cytological departments, Plant and Animal breeding Laboratories where controlled conditions of temperature, humidity and illumination are required.

General Construction :
The rooms are prefabricated in the form of easily assembled sections for convenience of transport. The sections are prewired where necessary. The interior panelling is fabricated with a smooth surface with minimum of crevices and projections to enable maintenance of clean and sterile condiitions. The rooms can be designed for any standard supply voltage.

The standard room has clear dimensions of 2.30 x 1 .10 x 1 .10 m. and door width 0.6 m but other sizes can be fabricated as per customers requirement.

Temperature Range :
The temperature range of standard walk-in Incubators is 3°C above ambient to 50°C. We can supply temperature ranges from 10°C to 60°C. The accuracy of control'is better than ± 5°C and variation better than ±1°C.

Illumination :
Illumination is provided by fluorescent lamps with special water proof fittings.
Pre-set timers allow automatic day/night cycling of lamps.

Controls :
The controls are located on a convenient panel outside the chamber. Pilot lamps on the control panel indicate working of various systems. Additional safety Thermostat and an alarm system can be provided to minimise the chances of failure in the working room due to various causes such as blowing up of fuses, failure of normal thermostat, interruption in electric supply.

Temperature Indication :
Temperature indication of the room is made without disturbing the room equilibrium by a digital indicator cum controller.

Furniture :
Racks or stands for storage of samples and equipments under test can be designed as per customer specific requirements. In the standard room racks made from slotted angle shelwing with a total shelf area of 4.5 sq.m are provided.
