This apparatus is suitable to heat soxhelt extraction flasks of 100-350ml capacity. The heating element is attached to knitted fabric to provide flexible support to the bottom of the flask. High quality glass wool is lagged between the metal causing and the heater to keep the heat losses to minimum. In the event of spillage, the solvent either gets evaporated or escapes through the drain hole below each element.

Each heating element has its own built in energy regulator for controlling the temperature and a pilot lamp to know the on/off status Supplied complete with two retort rods and a cross bar to rest the extraction apparatus, but without lamps or flasks, the unit works on 240 V AC single phase supply.
