       Multicell Ageing Oven :

[ Multicell Ageing Oven ]

Electrically heated solid aluminium block oven with 7/19 cells of dimensions 75mm dia x 305 mm Ht. Air obtained through a small diaphragm pump and preheated to the ageing temperature is forced into each cell from the bottom, in such a way the air changes as per the hour are same through all cells at a given time.

Temperature is controlled precisely to within +/- 1 °C by digital indicator cum controller. An energy regulator and three heat control is also provided to minimise the overshooting and undershooting of temperature. In addition to this, a safety thermostat is provided to control the temperature in case the digital controller fails to operate. All the switches and controls are located conveniently on the bottom stand. Air flow is regulated through a rotameter of suitable range. The unit is supplied with casters for ease of movement and electric timer 999 hrs with battery back up also supplied.
