   Laboratory Oven - Forced Air Draft :

Double walled cabinet made from mild steel, lagged with glass wool to an adequate thickness. The door is fitted on heavy cast and chromium plated brass hinges with a spring and roller type latch. Adjustable shelves are of crimped wire mesh offering minimum resistance to air convection. Very efficient ventilation is provided. The outside of the cabinet is powder coated epoxy and the inside is painted with special heat resisting silicone aluminium paint.
Heating element is made from best quality nickel-chromium wire are used on refractory supports. The element work at low temperature and have a very long life. The temperature is controlled to within +/- 1 °C by the "Tempo" differential expansion thermostat, The sensitive control system has been designed and manufactured wholly in our factory.
