The forced air convection model TI-130 FAC is fitted with a powerful centrifugal fan driven by a single phase, induction motor mounted on a sturdy angle iron frame on which the Oven also rests. Air drawn from the Oven chamber is forced back through the bottom. It is passed over the heaters and the reheated air is then diffused into the Oven chamber through holes provided on the sides. The quantity of air to be circulated is controlled by a butterfly valve fitted on to the air duct to get 60-70 air changes per hour. This valve makes possible three operations.

• Recirculation of Hot air.
• Recirculation of a part of the hot air mixed with cold
  air from the atmosphere.
• Exhaust of hot air into the atmosphere i.e. forced air circulation

Temperature Range 50 °C to 150 °C. Accuracy +/- 3 °C with forced air circulation.

The forced air draft model TI -130 FAD is similar to TI -130 FAC except that it does not have arrangement for recirculation of hot air, Air is drawn by the blower and the pre-heated air is diffused into the Oven chambers. The hot air is exhausted into the atmosphere through a chimney provided at the top. The chimney has an adjustable valve to control the ventilation rate. This model is recommended when small quantities of inflammable vapours are produced by the load.

Temperature Range 50 °C to 250 °C. Accuracy +/- 3 °C with forced air draft
(No Recirculation) A chimney is provided.
Inner chamber of Mild Steel / Stainless Steel.
