• All sides of the Oven insulated with thick Glass wool insulation for stable temperature.

• Specially designed panels of inner & outer wall to minimize heat losses through conduction.

• Double walled door in one piece with gasket, heavy duty hinges & ball catch locking system.

• Trolley track will be provided at the bottom.(for 48 & 96 trays only)

• 1H.P. three phase motors (two nos.) with fan to develop cross air flow circulation for better drying effect & uniformity of temp.

• Microprocessor based PID Temp. Controller.

• 0 to 999 min. digital timer with auto & manual position will be provided with the unit.

• Current indicator meter per phase.
