Specification
- Heating System
- Heating is affected by means of element made of best quality Nichrome wire for 930°C & Kanthal A1 wire for 1200 Deg.C. wounded on the round muffle.
- Insulation
- Heating element wounded with high grade cerewool blanket & gaps are filled with suitable insulating material.
- Temperature Control
- Temperature Control : By means of Imported Microprocessor based auto tuned PID controller with CE mark & dual display of set value & process value.
- Safety Features
- Energy regulator to control heating elements for extra heating and safety of equipment.
- Will be supplied with promete TI-199 with chrome alumel thermo-couple in creamic sheath with one meter compensaing cable
- Temp. control : Temp. can be controlled by energy regulator with prometer or Digital controller-cum-indicator.
- When furnace is supplied by digital controller-cum-indicator, pryometer will not be supplied
